ESD Grid Tape

It is made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive coated with the antistatic agent on the surface of 0PP film after antistatic treatment; only 100V or less of static electricity is generated when it is used (general tape ≥5000V), which greatly reduces the danger of static electricity generated by product packaging. ESD Conductive Mesh Tapes are designed for applications requiring EMI shielding. These conductive tapes are also used where ESD-sensitive environments are critical. ESD Conductive Mesh Tapes feature a shielding grid pattern for superior performance in protecting ESD-sensitive components.
Anti-static grid tape is opp film coated with acrylic adhesive with ESD tactic. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from the effects of ESD.

ESD Grid Tape Features

The main feature of anti-static mesh tape is to prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity, and to prevent the discharge of static electricity gathering from harming the product.
The grid structure, which enhances its conductive properties, is also able to increase its mechanical strength.
The anti-static mesh tape can be used as a part of the overall anti-static control program and applied to static safety workstations.
Even in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 10%, only a very low level of static charge is generated.
This new type of tape, when it is removed from stainless steel, the charge generated does not exceed 50 volts, which can effectively prevent electrostatic discharge from damaging sensitive electronic components in the production environment.
This tape provides a paper core, and an anti-static plastic core, which can minimize pollution to the clean area.
0pp film + anti-static pressure-sensitive adhesive, the material is soft and fitting, tears off after use without residual adhesive, good use effect, saves effort.
Transparent grid layer: in addition to being anti-static, high adhesion, soft and comfortable, and then tear off without residual adhesive characteristics, but also have clear transparency, auxiliary protection, and masking applications such as bonding and sealing items.
