Anti-Static Double-Sided Tape

PET Dual Antistatic Tape is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) based tape that has both antistatic and anti-adhesive properties and can be used on both sides for antistatic function.

PET double antistatic tapes are usually symmetrical in design, i.e. both sides of the PET substrate are treated with the same antistatic treatment. Whether an antistatic coating is applied to both sides during the production process or an antistatic agent is uniformly added to the inner part of the PET film, consistent antistatic properties are guaranteed on both sides of the tape. The antistatic coating or antistatic agent is evenly distributed on the PET substrate by means of a precisely controlled production process. This provides the same antistatic protection regardless of which side of the tape comes into contact with the object. The distribution of the antistatic components remains relatively stable even after the tape has been stretched, bent, etc., during use, so that it continues to provide antistatic protection on both sides.

Anti-Static Double-Sided Tape Features

Excellent anti-static performance: surface resistance is usually between 10⁶Ω and 10⁹Ω, which can quickly conductive electrostatic discharge to prevent static electricity from accumulating and causing damage to electronic components, equipment and so on.
Moderate adhesion: good adhesion to a variety of materials such as metal, plastic, glass, etc., can be firmly affixed, and at the same time, when the need to remove, but also easy to peel, and not easy to residual adhesive marks.
