Anti-static PVC tape

Anti-static PVC adhesive tape is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film as a substrate by coating its surface with glue with anti-static properties or through a special anti-static treatment process. It has anti-static properties and is suitable for electronics, semiconductor, optoelectronics and other industries, and can effectively protect static-sensitive components from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD).

• Thickness: Commonly 0.14mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, etc.
• Width: 4.8cm, 6cm and so on, also can be customized according to customer requirements.
• Length: usually have different specifications such as 16m, 18m, 25m, etc.

Substrate: Made of PVC film with good flexibility, abrasion resistance and insulating properties.
Adhesive: Coated with an anti-static adhesive (usually acrylic or rubber based) to ensure that the tape releases static electricity when bonded.
Antistatic PVC adhesive tapes typically have a surface resistance in the range of 10^7 - 10^9 Ω/sq, which effectively prevents static buildup.

• Good adhesion: with strong initial adhesion and holding adhesion, it can be firmly pasted on the surface of various objects, such as metal, plastic, glass, wood, etc., and is not easy to fall off.
• Strong weather resistance: with good resistance to high and low temperatures, ultraviolet rays, aging resistance, can maintain stable performance in different environmental conditions, suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor scenes.
• Good abrasion resistance: PVC material itself has a certain degree of hardness and toughness, making the surface of the tape wear-resistant, can withstand a certain degree of friction and scratching, not easy to damage.
• Variety of colors and eye-catching: common yellow, black, red, etc., of which the yellow tape is often with black characters in English and Chinese warning slogans, such as “anti-static”, “ESD”, etc., to play a good role in warning.
• Good processing performance: easy to cut, die-cut, can be processed into various shapes and sizes as needed to meet different needs.
