ESD PE foam also called anti-static PE foam is made by mixing polyethylene, a foaming agent with the highly efficient anti-static agent and other special materials, and then cross-linked and foamed by radiation to make polymer anti-static foam. Because of its good anti-static properties, soft material, strong buffer, easy secondary processing, etc., is the ideal material for anti-static packaging of optoelectronic devices, microelectronic devices, integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, communications, military products, etc.

• IXPE foam has the characteristics of light quality, moisture-proof, sound insulation, heat insulation, etc. It has been widely used in the vehicle and boat manufacturing industry. It is mainly used as lining decoration, cushion material for cars and boats, seat cushions, foot cushions, truck sleeping cushions and instrument heat insulation and shock absorption material, etc.

• Covering the cured cement with a polyethylene foam sheet can prevent heat and moisture dissipation and promote the curing of cement. The pipe network of central air conditioning can be managed with polyethylene foam as insulation material.
• IXPE foam has the characteristics of insulation, heat preservation, corrosion resistance, and strong weather resistance, so it can be applied to many pieces of equipment with a high requirement of sealing degree, used for heat preservation and anti-corrosion of oil and gas pipelines of petroleum and chemical industry and heat insulation materials of air conditioner, refrigerator, and cold storage and various adhesive tape projects.
