How Anti-Static Tape Works: Anti-static tape is made from a variety of materials, including conductive metals and non-conductive plastics. Conductive materials are used to provide a path for static electricity to flow through, while non-conductive materials provide insulation to prevent static buildup. When the tape is applied to a surface, it creates a conductive path between the object and the ground. When static electricity builds up on the surface, it is released through the conductive material in the tape and flows to the ground.

Application of antistatic features

The insulation and wrapping of coils for class H motors and transformers can be used in the electronics and electronics industry. Feathers are insulated and static-resistant. Can be used for electronic protection and wire board manufacturing industry paste. Especially suitable for SMT temperature resistance, electronic switch, PCB board gold finger protection, electronic transformer, relay, and other electronic components that need high temperature and moisture protection. Metal material high-temperature spray paint, sandblasting coating surface protection, and high-temperature spray paints are easy to peel off, leaving no stability. It has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, good chemical resistance, no residual glue, environmental protection in line with ROHS, no halogen, and so on.
